Irritable Bowel Syndrome is a group of symptoms that affects the gastrointestinal tract (stomach & intestine) of the body. IBS is a common gastroenterology disease affecting a large number of people.  It is observed that in India nearly 4 to 7 % of the people are affected by IBS disorder. It is a chronic condition and strict management including dietary changes & lifestyle changes need to be followed.

Of course, there are many causes of this condition, IBS. It may be due to a sensitive colon or a weak immune system. Some bacterial infections may happen suddenly, which is a cause of IBS.

It is difficult to prevent unless you get proper treatment earlier. The main thing is to track and diagnose the symptoms earlier without possible side effects. In a recent study, stress and anxiety have caused IBS symptoms for many people.

Sometimes, the nervous system should be worked accordingly and able to fight against the symptoms. In most cases, it makes the digestive system overactive and quickly affects the nerves. Automatic movement should be done with the digestive system and medication administration.

In the case of IBS, your colon will malfunction and be damaged slightly due to the digestive tract not being appropriately maintained. So, it is believed to affect the immune system and even not be affected by stress in many people.

There must be slowed or spastic movements found in the colon. Motility is affected, and bowel movements should be painful for some people. Also, bacterial imbalance is seen in the digestive tract. You must be careful in noticing causes and avoid them entirely by taking proper medications.

Of course, symptoms may vary based on the health condition from person to person. It may be mild, moderate, or severe. So, you must also talk with the doctor and check your condition. Thus, it should be easy for them to give you a proper dose schedule.
